Hi Christina!
Thanks for coming back with another great question. It sounds like you have an exciting split stay in the works for your November trip. I've done this on a few occasions when I wanted to experience two different resorts, or if my full stay wasn't available at a single resort. It's a great way to enjoy two different themes, locations and dining options. Best of all,
Bell Services will transfer your luggage to your next resort when it's time to switch.
You should be able to
link the second resort to your My Disney Experience Account
online via this Reservation and Purchases linking page. Click 'Select" under the "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" tile and input your confirmation number and last name in the appropriate fields. You can also do this using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the screen then scroll to the link for "Hotel Reservations." Your soonest reservation will display on the next page (complete with an adorably themed countdown graphic) but you can scroll past the reservation details to "View All." Click that button and then click "Link to Account" on the next screen. There, you can input your reservation details using the "Type ID" tab at the top of the screen. Once complete, all your upcoming reservations should be viewable from "Future Plans" on the feature menu screen.
If you have any trouble getting things linked you can
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for further assistance. They'll be glad to help troubleshoot and confirm that your information is linked so you can book advance dining reservations and purchase
Lightning Lane Passes according to the booking windows for resort guests.
I hope this was helpful, Christina! Please come back and see us again with more planning questions. We're always here to lend a hand.
Magic and memories,
Amy
