If I book a trip through Costco for Pop Century and link it to My Disney Experience can I still add additional discounts if they become available by changing my room on My Disney Experience?

    Welcome to planDisney, Alicia!

As most of my friends know, I love Costco almost as much as I love Walt Disney World. I mean who doesn't need a jumbo box of chocolate chip cookies? I know I certainly do.

When you book a Walt Disney World Resort vacation through Costco Travel, you are effectively engaging them as your travel agent. So if new special offers are released, you will not be able to call Disney directly and have those offers added to your existing reservation. Additionally, while you will be able to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience Account, you will not be able to make any modifications to your reservation without going through Costco Travel.

You may be able to have Costco Travel call and add the special offer on your behalf, but that will entirely depend on the terms and conditions that Costco Travel provided you with when you booked through them. What I recommend that you do is to hop on the phone, or start a virtual chat, with a Costco Travel agent before you book, just to check.

I just know you will have a magical time at Disney's Pop Century Resort, Alicia.

    See you real soon!
