I book the theme park for my trip awhile ago, and wondering how I can see my reservation.

Hey there, hi there, Reiko! You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

Three chEARs for purchasing your theme park tickets and making your park passes! You’ve done all the work of making your Disney Park Pass reservations; now it’s time to plan the fun! I do hope you’re ready to treat yourself to all the scrumptious snacks around, and you’re sure to get bonus points if they’re Mickey-shaped!

Reiko, to view your Disney Park Pass reservations on your phone, please open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. You will want to select “Future Plans” to see your upcoming plans, including your park passes. Once you’re at the parks and you’d like to check your plans, you will want to select the “My Genie Day” tab instead.

If you’re on your desktop, you can head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner. In the drop-down menu, please select “My Plans.” This is where you’ll see all your plans, including your park passes, dining, and resort reservations. If for any reason, you need to modify your Disney Park Pass reservations, you can do so by locating the reservation and selecting “View Details” next to it. There, you’ll be able to choose from either modifying your park pass or canceling it.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Reiko! Have an enchanting visit.
