Jennifer,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
You absolutely can change your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system. However, you will want to be sure that the parks you are changing to have availability on those particular dates. Here are the steps you will want to follow for that change.
Start by confirming that the parks you want to switch to have availability on their specific desired dates, based on your ticket type, for that particular day. If there is no availability, you may want to keep your original reservations. You can check the availability at the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar.
Next, go to your
My Disney Experience account and select
"My Plans". Find the existing theme park reservation on the first of the days that you want to change and click on
"Manage Reservation". On the next page, you will want to click on the
"Modify Reservation" link on the specific date in question. You will be able to select all members of your party and make the appropriate change, all at one time, replacing your current park selection for your new park choice. You will, however, have to repeat this individually for every day that you are changing. There is no
"swap days" feature. But I just made three theme park reservation changes for my family's trip this Spring, and it took me no more than 10 minutes.
BONUS TIPYou should get an e-mail confirmation of the change, if you have an e-mail on file for your account.
Please feel free to
write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!
