    I have 2 ?'s. Can you book a restaurant if you haven't booked your vacation yet? If so and you book CRT and pay upfront, when you book your vacation and get the dining plan, will you be able to use it towards CRT and get a refund for the booking?

    Hi Melissa!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   Absolutely you can book an Advanced Dining Reservation if you haven't reserved a vacation package yet.   I will often book meals before I do any research on what hotel stay at for upcoming trips.   Dining at Walt Disney World is probably my favorite thing to do (besides riding Expedition Everest).  Advanced Dining Reservations can be made up to 180 days before you plan on visiting.   You can make Advanced Dining Reservations online or by calling (407) 939-1947.    

    If you choose to dine at Cinderella's Royal Table you would need to pre-pay for that meal, even if you use the Disney Dining Plan.   Once you arrive for your enchanted experience just let your server know you will be using the Disney Dining Plan to pay. The Cast Member will gladly refund the credit card used to pre-pay and deduct the appropriate amount of entitlements from your plan.   Be sure to have the credit card handy so that the refund can be processed.
