If I book a reservation to any DVC resort and then decide to add additional guests but am still under the max occupancy for the room I book how does that work? I.E. I book a one bed room suite for myself and then later, I have someone decide to come with.

    Hi Daniel!

“Welcome Home!”, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney Vacation Club 1-Bedroom Deluxe Villas offer so much space, it’s easy to be able to share the room with friends and family. We have frequently invited family with us on our trips. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to become Members, to be able to treat them to the magic of Disney!

Once you have your room booked, adding additional guests is not a problem at all. I enjoy telling my kids that mommy “has to call Mickey”. In this case a simple call to Disney Vacation Club Member Services would be all that would be needed to add an additional guest to the room reservation. I would make your reservation as soon as you are sure of your travel dates to ensure the best availability, then add guests later if it works out. Let us know if you have any other Membership or planning questions as you get ready for your next Disney Vacation Club adventure.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
