Ahoy, John! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question about the Rainforest Room aboard the
Disney Treasure...you’re asking about one of my very favorite onboard treats!
The Rainforest Room at
Senses Spa & Salon is pure bliss. I especially love the outdoor deck with the swinging daybeds. I enjoy starting with the aromatherapy waterfall showers, moving through the steam and dry saunas, and then settling onto the heated tile loungers with a good book. It’s the perfect way to truly relax at sea.
The easiest way to book the Rainforest Room in advance is to wait until your onboard activity booking window opens in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This is the only way to reserve a length-of-cruise pass, which is the most popular option and can sell out quickly. Your
Castaway Club status determines when your booking window opens, so it’s worth checking as soon as you’re eligible.
If the length-of-cruise pass isn’t available online, don’t worry! Once you board the ship, head straight to Senses Spa & Salon on embarkation day to see what’s available. They often sell a limited number of additional cruise-length passes, as well as single-day passes. Day passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are often easier to get on port days, when the spa tends to be less crowded.
With any Rainforest Room pass, you can come and go as you please during operating hours, which you’ll find listed in the Navigator app once onboard. Hours can vary by day, but it typically opens around 8:00 AM and stays open into the evening. The spa also has separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with towels, showers, and restrooms. I actually love getting ready for dinner there. As the only female in my family of five, it’s a peaceful alternative to monopolizing the stateroom bathroom!
I hope this helps you plan a wonderfully relaxing cruise experience, John.
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
