If I book a port adventure and my son decides not to go, can I get a refund? Our cruise is surprise to him and I don't want to ruin the surprise by asking him before we arrive to the ship.

    Hi Sara!

You must be great at keeping secrets because I think I would burst if I tried to keep a Disney Cruise a secret until the embarkation day!  Your son is definitely in for a wonderful surprise that I'm sure he will never forget!  I wish I had better news for you, but the Port Adventure cancellation policy does not work well with your plan.  To be able to get a refund, you must cancel three days prior to sailing.  I have my fingers crossed that your son will want to experience the excursion that you have planned!  If he is unsure, don't hesitate to stop by the Port Adventure Desk onboard so he can hear the details from a Disney crewmember. Sometimes they are able to provide a little more insight that might change his mind!

I'm so glad you visited the Moms Panel with your question!  If you think of anything else, please let me know!  I'm happy to help!

Good luck with your magical surprise!
