Hello there, Kristina!
Thanks for skiing by with your question today. I’m so excited to hear about your plans to visit
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. I had the chance to hit the slopes (and the waves) there for the first time last summer, and I can’t wait to return for more frosty fun. It’s the perfect place to “chill out” during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Guests visiting from the UK typically need to wait until they’ve arrived in the United States to book Enchanting Extras like Polar Patios. Once you’ve touched down in the Sunshine State, you can make reservations using the US version of the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app.
I took a peek at current availability and noticed that all Polar Patio options are fully booked for April 10 at this time. However, I did spot some availability next week, depending on your length of visit.
Polar Patios Standard (which can accommodate up to 10 Guests) showed openings between April 13 and April 17, and a few
Lodge Umbrellas (perfect for up to 4 Guests) were available between April 12 and April 19. Unfortunately, Polar Patios Premium Plus, which can accommodate up to 10 Guests under a covered roof, didn’t appear to have any openings through the end of April when I last checked.
I know this is probably not the news you were hoping for, but guest plans can change faster than a dash down
Summit Plummet (and that's pretty fast, believe me, I've done it with my eyes sealed tight). I highly recommend continuing to check once you arrive and throughout your visit to see if anything opens up. I’m crossing my fingers that a little Disney magic melts into place and plunges you into the perfect spot!
I also wanted to mention that my family found plenty of seating scattered throughout the park (even without a reserved space) when we visited Blizzard Beach last summer. There are tons of spots to kick back and relax between adventures, and if you’re concerned about leaving your belongings unattended, you’ll be glad to know there are lockers available near the front of the park.
Kristina, I’m wishing you "snow" much fun during your upcoming visit. If we can help with anything else before, during, or after your vacation, please come right back to planDisney and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
