I want to book Palo on our DCl cruise but dont want to miss two rotational restaurants. Can i find out my schedule in advance so i dont miss an opportunity for Palo in early booking? I don’t want to wait until boarding to book Palo.

    Hi Catherine,

Welcome to planDisney! You have a culinary delight awaiting you aboard your Disney Cruise Line vacation. I enjoy the Rotational Dining offerings on each ship, but there is something extra special about dining at Palo.

You are wise to plan ahead when considering booking a meal at Palo since it is a very popular experience. You will need to call Disney Cruise Line and ask if your Rotational Dining schedule has been assigned. If not, you can request a dining rotation. Now, keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed. For booking Palo, your cruise must be paid in full before your booking window for activities opens. The booking window opens based on your Castaway Club membership level. If you are a first-time Guest, it may be more difficult to secure a Palo reservation, so I have some tips for you.
    • Be ready to make your activity booking as soon as your window opens. You can use your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or on the website under the Already Booked tab and select Book / Manage Cruise Activities
    • Don't be picky about which day or time; if a reservation is available just book it!
    • If you are able to make a reservation, you could then call Disney Cruise Line and request a dining rotation that aligns with your Palo reservation. (Again, no guarantees.)
    • If you aren't able to book Palo when your booking window opens, keep trying! Guests change their plans all the time. When you board the ship, check your Navigator app for the location offering Dining assistance to be added to a waitlist. Just remember, if you are lucky enough to secure a Palo reservation, you may miss the rotational dining restaurant you had your heart set on.
If you don't dine at Palo or you miss out on your favorite rotational dining experience, it seems like a great reason to secure an Onboard Booking Offer for your next cruise!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, Catherine! No matter how it works out, you will enjoy delicious dining! Let us know if you have other questions as you plan; we are here to help.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
