    I would like to book a package with tickets longer than resort stay. Currently, it looks like I can do this if I stay @ the resort 1st, however, I'd like to finish my trip onsite & have some park days prior to resort arrival. Is this possible?

    A warm welcome to you from all of us here at planDisney! It looks like you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for November. That is a great time to visit! Let’s get you started on planning a magical trip! 

    Jaime, I spoke with a Cast Member to confirm what has been true in my experience regarding what you are considering, which is that the easiest plan is to book a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room Only reservation and purchase your Theme Park admission tickets separately. Currently, there is no real benefit to booking your hotel and tickets as a package and purchasing them separately will make it easier for you to plan your vacation the way you would like to. You can still book your theme park reservations once your tickets have been added to your My Disney Experience account and you will be able to book advanced Dining Reservations, Enchanting Extras or other experiences 60 days prior to your desired date.

    Now that we have these details covered, I want to remind you to make time to enjoy the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE®, which runs until mid-November. You will love all the specialty food and beverage offerings in the Global Marketplaces. And if you are traveling with little ones, you will love all the special events just for kids. And the whole family will find their groove with the special Eat to the Beat concerts presented by Florida Blue Medicare.  Truly, there is something for everyone!
