How do I book more than one room under one reservation? Also, how do I get the rooms next to one another?

Hiya Lilly!  It's great to have you here at planDisney!

Whether you're traveling with friends or family, we know that larger groups always mean more fun! There were 10 of us on a recent trip to Walt Disney World Resort, and though we didn't spend every minute altogether, we did enjoy quality time dancing down Main Street U.S.A, sharing a bucket of popcorn, and taking our first ride on Remy's Ratatouille Adventure as a family. If you don't want to book a Family Suite or Deluxe Villa, two rooms at any Disney Resort Collection hotel will still put you and your group together in the middle of the magic!

Booking two Guest Rooms at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is possible, but each room will be booked with a separate reservation number.  To book both rooms you can either call the Resort or book online.  Calling a Walt Disney World Cast Member at (407)939-1936 might be the easiest way to book because they will be able to link your reservations together and put in your request of either connecting or adjoining rooms all at the same time.

If you would rather book online, you still can, you will just have to purchase each reservation as a separate transaction.  Once your rooms have been reserved and your vacation dates come closer, you'll be able to start your Online Check-In and request your connecting or adjoining rooms during this process.  While there are no guarantees, I've found that Cast Members always try their best to meet Guest's requests.

If you're hoping to book more than one room, I'm assuming you're getting ready for a trip that is sure to leave you all with some wonderful memories.  If this is a special trip for a celebration or family reunion you might be interested in Memory Maker.  With Memory Maker, your entire party will be able to get in on all the photos and they'll be taken by professional Disney PhotoPass Photographers.  Having Memory Maker allows you to download all of the pictures when you get home, instead of having to worry about catching that perfect shot.

Enjoy the planning process and the wonderful vacation ahead!

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Massachusetts

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
