I can only book one park pass , despite being a resort guest with tickets. Other people seem to have booked multiple park days. From what I can see on MDE resort reservations and tickets appear to be linked properly. Any advice/suggestions?

    Hiya Richard,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It would be my pleasure to help walk you through the new Disney Park Pass system so that you can make your park reservations for the length of your theme park tickets. I see that you will be arriving in January 2021 and have already linked your Disney Resort hotel stay as well as your theme park tickets. You should be able to book those park reservations for the amount of days you have available on your theme park tickets. I have checked the Disney Park Pass Availability calendar and see that ALL of the theme parks still have availability for park reservations for the entire month of January; so that is GREAT news!

I will walk you through the Disney Park Pass system and the process for making those park reservations. Please note that you can only book one day of reservations at a time, for up to 12 people on your Friends & Family List, and you must go through the process in entirety for each day of park reservations you would like to book. You will start by selecting Make a Park Pass Reservation on the Disney Park Pass system page. You will then be prompted to sign into your My Disney Experience account if you haven’t already done so. You will then be taken to the Create Your Party screen where you can select the Guests from your Friends & Family List that will be joining you. This will take you to the Select Date and Park screen where you can select the date you would like to visit and then the theme park of your choice. You will then be taken to the Select a Time screen where you can choose your arrival window for entry into the theme park you selected. From this point you will be able to review and confirm the selected Guests and the park reservation selection, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and confirm the park reservation. In order to select the next day of park reservations, you will restart this process from the beginning. If you are still having difficulty making the park reservations for the additional days on your theme park tickets, please contact the Technical Support Team at 0800 16 90 749 for further assistance.

I hope this information helps you to book the rest of your park reservations for your January Walt Disney World vacation! Please stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel any time we can assist you with your vacation questions.
