If i book Old Keywest Resort, With someone other then Disney can we still get the Dining Plan? Thank you for your help. we do love the momspanel.

    Hi Marta!

Thanks for the Moms Panel love. We love when we are able to help Guests, and they enjoy coming back to us for advice!

It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up soon. I hope you are getting excited for your stay at Disney’s Old Key West Resort! We had a lovely vacation there, and I hope you are going to enjoy it as much as we did. With lush vegetation, quiet pathways, large rooms and a sandcastle themed feature pool, it has something for everyone.

The Disney Dining Plan can be added to most, but not all reservation types. Since I don’t know exactly how you made your reservation, I cannot guarantee that you can do it, but it is not required that you book your through Disney in order to get the Disney Dining Plan. You do need to be sure to add it at least 48 hours in advance, so please try to add it soon.

If you booked with a Travel Agent, contact that agent to have them add the Disney Dining Plan for you. If you have your Disney resort reservation number, you can also call Disney Central Reservations and try to add the Disney Dining Plan yourself. If you booked via an online travel site like Expedia, I would first contact them to see if they can add it for you. If they cannot, be sure to get the Disney reservation number from them. Once you have the Disney reservation number, you can then, as mentioned above, call Disney yourself to try to add the Disney Dining Plan.

I hope this helps you figure out how to add the Disney Dining Plan to your upcoming trip. If you haven’t already done so, I would also make any Advance Dining Reservations as soon as possible, as popular locations book early.

Happy Planning, and I wish you delicious Disney dining!
