We are about to book the members only cruise for next Aug and will be traveling with an 18 month old. Is there any activities or babysitting available?

    Ahoy Carol!
Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I'm so glad you asked this question because my son was 18 months on our first Disney Cruise, and I have so many magical memories of that special sailing!  Disney Cruise Line does offer fun for Guests of all ages so your little cruiser will love his/her time aboard!  Sprinkled throughout your sailing will be toddler time events, Disney Jr. activities, dance parties, open house hours in the kids clubs, and character meet and greet opportunities! Your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will list all the times and locations each day for all the fun!
It's A Small World Nursery is a bright, interactive space for the youngest Guests ages 12 weeks to three.  Your son/daughter will have a blast enjoying crafts, story time, movie time, and playing with age appropriate toys!  A nominal hourly fee does apply to the nursery, and reservations can be made online (75 days prior to sailing for new cruisers) or once onboard.
Another area your little one will enjoy is Nemo Reef's water play area! This shaded area has sprouting water, pop-up geysers, and slides that keep little cruisers very busy!
I hope my answer gives you a better idea of what to expect on your 2014 sailing, Carol!  If you think of any additional questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
