    If I want to book lunch at the Saana Lounge and do not have an iPhone will a Saana Cast Member located in the Saana Lounge book the reservation for me if there is an open table

    Welcome to planDisney, Ruth!  We are glad you brought your question to us today.

    Sanaa Lounge is a small space within the restaurant Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village.  The lounge has just a few tables and bar seating, and offers cocktails and appetizers.  Sanaa Lounge is first-come, first-served, and does not accept reservations.  

    Now, while I certainly could make a meal of the Indian-style Bread Service and Samosas in the lounge, since you mentioned lunch I am guessing that you might be interested in booking a table in the restaurant itself, where you can order off the full lunch menu and dine with a view of the savanna.  You do not need to have an iPhone to make dining reservations.  Although dining reservations can be made via the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can also make dining reservations online.  To search for an available table, use the blue "Check Availability" button on this webpage for the restaurant Sanaa.  If you are having difficulty making dining reservations online, you can try calling (407) WDW-DINE.  You are certainly welcome to ask a Cast Member at the host stand if there is availability.

    I thought I should mention that parking at Disney Resort Hotels is limited to overnight Guests and those with confirmed dining reservations.  If you plan to only visit the lounge, it will be up to the discretion of the security guard at the entrance to the resort whether or not you will be granted access.  If you will be visiting a theme park earlier in the day, you are welcome to use Disney bus transportation to travel to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
