If we book Disney transport to Port Canaveral can we cancel if we decide to drive instead?

    Ahoy Mickey!

Welcome to planDisney! You share a name with our best pal, so I’m happy to answer your question. It sounds like you plan to set sail from Walt Disney World to Port Canaveral. I hope it is because you have a Disney Vacation by Land and Sea in the works. With an ocean to explore with Disney Cruise Line and four incredible theme parks at Walt Disney World, you can enjoy the best of both worlds in one extraordinary vacation.

Disney makes it easy for Guests, offering ground transportation from Disney Resort hotels and Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral and back for a per-person fee. While I love the ease of using Disney transport, I understand that reasons can arise that require you to make the drive yourself. If you book ground transportation with Disney but then cancel, you need to do so more than 7 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees. A cancellation fee in the amount of the total cost of Ground Transfers will be assessed if the Ground Transfers are canceled 7 days or less before the arrival date.

I hope this information helps you decide the best way to arrive at Port Canaveral. Have a wonderful vacation, Mickey! If we can answer any more of your questions, please stop by. We are all ears!
