Welcome to
planDisney, Vincent! I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your question about using your
Disney Vacation Club Membership to book a stay in a
Disney Resort hotel. I have used my
Vacation Points a few times for other
Disney Destinations, such as
cruises on Disney Cruise Line and Disney Resort hotel stays, so I am well versed in how this process works. It would be my pleasure to help point you in the right direction for your next visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth!
To book a Disney Destination, such as a Disney Resort hotel, your Vacation Points will have to be converted to Reservation Points. To do this, you will need to call Member Services at (800) 800-9800. Once you are speaking with Member Services, you will be able to convert your points and book a stay at a Disney Resort hotel all in one phone call. You can find
Points Charts showing the Disney Resorts Collection by selecting Points Charts under the Plan a Vacation tab on the Disney Vacation Club website. From there, select Disney Collection, and then scroll down until you see Walt Disney World Resort, Florida. Once you have selected that chart, you will see how many Vacation Points you will need to convert to Reservation Points to book your stay. To learn more about Reservation Points, please visit the
Vacation Points Overview – Frequently Asked Questions page.
I hope this information helps you book the perfect resort for your next visit to
Walt Disney World! Have a magical vacation, and please stop back by
planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
