How can I book a dining reservation for Storybook Dining at Artist Point for a group of 22 on 4/17? It will be a family reunion celebration.

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's off to Walt Disney World Resort we go! Welcome back to planDisney, Caroline!

I am so HAPPY to hear that you're heading to The Most Magical Place on Earth this spring! This is one of my favorite times of year to visit and you're sure to find magic waiting for you around every corner. Be sure to check out the glowing Beacons of Magic for The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration and the character topiaries at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Caroline, Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White will be a perfect setting for your family reunion. From the enchanting forest to the decadent desserts, there's no way anyone will be able to leave this restaurant feeling GRUMPY. I'd love to help you make these reservations for your whole group!

First, you could consider splitting your one reservation into a few smaller ones. For example, you can ask three or four adults to be the point person for a specific group of people from your travel party. Each adult can make a reservation for five or six people at around the same time for dinner. Reservations can be made 60 days in advance of the check-in date for your whole trip if you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, or 60 days in advance of each date of your trip if you're staying off property. In my experience, online booking opens between 5:45 and 6:00 AM and I would recommend making these reservations as soon as possible. It can be helpful to keep checking back and trying again in order to secure your reservations at your desired time. Once you make these reservations, you'll be able to let a Cast Member know at the check-in stand that you're dining together as a group and request your tables to be near each other.

Alternately, you can speak to a Cast Member directly on the phone to help set up this reservation for you! Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents and will do everything they can to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your situation. In fact, they often act like a DOC who can fix your reservations right up! You can call a Cast Member 60 days prior to the check-in date of your entire trip if you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, or 60 days in advance of the date you wish to dine at Story Book Dining if you're staying off property. Phone lines open at 7:00 AM and I would suggest calling first thing in the morning since their magic can be in high demand!

No matter how you decide to book your reservation at Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, this experience is sure to leave you feeling like a Queen! If you have any other questions, I hope you travel through the woods again and find us here waiting for you at planDisney.

May you dine happily ever after,
    Michelle
