    I want to book a dining reservation at Folton's Crab House with our dining plan. It says on the website that it is part of the dining plan and then when I book the reservation it says it's not. Can anyone offer me some insight?

    Hi Carol! I agree with you that the Disney website is confusing on this issue. Fulton's Crab House does not accept the basic or the deluxe Disney Dining Plan. I called them recently to confirm this for another guest. Although the webpage for Fulton's indicates that the Dining Plan is accepted, this restaurant accepts only the Premium and  Platinum Dining Plans, NOT the regular Disney Dining plan.
     
    If you're looking for a seafood restaurant that accepts the Dining Plan, consider Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian or the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. If you're looking for a restaurant at Downtown Disney, my family has always enjoyed the Wolfgang Puck Cafe, which does accept the Dining Plan.
