Welcome to planDisney, Kelly! We are so excited you want to begin planning a visit to Disneyland Resort, oh BOY! Thanks for stopping by the Panel with your question!
Kelly, on the Disneyland website, you can purchase tickets for up to
5 days. Since you want to book more than that, you would have to get a 5-day ticket, and either a separate 1-day or 2-day ticket added on to your package. A
good tip is to try to get your single or 2-day ticket on days that are the least expensive. Typically, the weekdays are the least expensive for tickets. Since you also want to add on a package, I suggest speaking to a Cast Member at the
Vacation Packages office at (714) 520-5060 to set up the package of your choice.
Since you want to do more than 5 days at Disneyland Kelly, I suggest spending at least 2 full days at both Disneyland Park, and Disney's California Adventure, and using the final two days of Park Hopping! You will maximize your time at both parks, enjoying all the rides, and attractions (and snacks!), then spending the final two days focusing on the attractions you and your family loved the first time around. Another good tip is to make advanced dining reservations for restaurants so that you can enjoy a good meal, meet some characters in a relaxed setting (a breakfast reservation at
Plaza Inn would be perfect!), or view the nighttime spectaculars from your seat! If you are interested in watching
Fantasmic! from great seats, make a reservation at
River Belle Terrace for dinner, and if you want great seats for World of Color, I suggest a
dessert party reservation!
I hope all of these ideas help you on your planning adventure, Kelly! As always, stop by the Panel website again if you have any more questions. Happy Planning!
