Ahoy, and Welcome, Colin!
A
Land & Sea vacation sounds practically perfect in every way for the holiday! Our very first Disney cruise was a
Very Merrytime Cruise, and those are some of my favorite holiday memories with my family. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and no one makes it more magical than Disney on
land and at sea.
The easiest way to book your bookend stays for your vacation is online. If you want to combine all of your stays (parks and cruise),
call a Disney Cruise Line Agent, who will gladly assist you. I would use the split stay to try out two different Resorts! I recommend Art of Animation, Port Orleans, Contemporary, and Riviera Resorts. All of them are fantastic, with excellent access to the Parks, and any combination (especially during
the holidays) gives you a different flavor of Disney.
Port Canaveral is about an hour from the 'World, and the easiest way to get there is via a transfer. You can book the transfer when you call to combine your stays. The agents are super helpful and will arrange everything for you faster than you can say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to return; I wish you smooth sailing!
