I would like to book a campsite at Fort Wilderness. Since we do not know our school vacation schedule, I am wondering if I can book a 10 day window, adjusting it when I know the exact days of our trip. This would be next year during our Christmas break.

Hello there, Chantel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are the best way to capture the magic of Walt Disney World Resort while embracing the rustic charm of the great outdoors! Guests staying at this resort can expect many of the luxuries found at other Disney Resort hotels such as delicious dining options, amazing amenities, and numerous recreation opportunities!

You should have no problem altering your resort reservation once you find out the exact dates of your Christmas break! However, there are a few key dates you will want to keep in mind. If you plan on booking a vacation package, you will need to make any final adjustments at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you intend on booking a room only, or more accurately a campsite only, reservation, you will be able to alter your reservation up to six days before your arrival date without penalty. You will be able to modify your reservation by logging into your My Disney Experience account and locating the "My Reservations" tab. Once there, simply click "Modify Reservation" to view your options for changing your dates!

I hope this information will assist you in planning the perfect holiday vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can assist you by answering any other questions!
