Hi Mary!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help because let me tell you…I think renting a pool cabana is some of the best money I’ve ever spent at Disney! You’ll love it!
Pool cabanas are part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection, which means they can typically be booked 60 days prior to your resort check-in date, pending availability. In order to book, you will need to call. You can find all the information about resort pool cabana rentals, including the phone number you’ll call,
at this link.
It’s good to note that you must be a guest at the
Yacht Club or
Beach Club in order to rent the cabana. And as you can imagine, this is a popular Enchanting Extra. So, I recommend calling as soon as you can when your booking window opens. The phone lines open at 7:00 AM Eastern daily.
If it turns out that you aren’t able to snag a booking, you can always check back here and there leading up to your trip. Guests’ plans change all the time, so there’s always a chance that one might open up!
If not, though, you’ll still be able to enjoy “Disney World’s coolest pool” as my boys have named it! There is plenty of seating for resort guests around
Stormalong Bay, and
Hurricane Hanna’s is right in the middle of it all whenever you need food and drinks.
Another thing to consider is that the water parks also offer cabana rentals (again, pending availability). One huge
perk for Disney World resort guests in 2025 is free water park tickets on arrival day. If you happen to be getting in early, you could spend the day relaxing at one of the
cabanas at the water parks. The best part is that both
Typhoon Lagoon AND
Blizzard Beach will be open during your stay, so you have a couple of options!
To book a cabana at the water parks, it’s the same as booking a cabana at your resort. You can call the same phone number we chatted about above, 60 days prior to your resort check-in date.
I hope that helps! Let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you!
