Hi Heather! Sounds like you are planning a fun day! The character breakfast at the
Cape May Cafe is delightful -- the food is fresh and tasty, and the characters have plenty of time to visit with you while you eat. This restaurant is located in the Beach Club Resort, which, like all the resorts, is located on Disney property, but not inside the theme parks. Thus, you do not need park tickets to visit any of the Disney resorts or dine at their restaurants. You will, of course, need your park ticket to enter Epcot. Having the
Park Hopper option on your ticket enables you to visit one of the other parks in the same day. However, since you're planning to stay at Epcot all day, you wouldn't need the Park Hopper.
