Ahoy there, Natalie! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question!
If you’ve ever been on a Disney Cruise before, you know that the saddest part is debarkation day because let’s be honest, who wants to leave? The good news is, you don’t have to! Booking back-to-back Disney Cruises is a fantastic way to extend the magic, giving you extra time to explore the ship, enjoy more onboard activities, and, if your itinerary includes
Disney Castaway Cay, visit that tropical paradise twice. Plus, you will get credit for two cruises towards your
Castaway Club membership!
To book, start by heading to the
Plan a Cruise section on the Disney Cruise Line website. Search for sailings from the same departure port with consecutive dates in July 2025. Since back-to-back cruises are considered two separate reservations, you’ll need to book each one individually, and a deposit will be required for each. Once both are booked, I highly recommend
calling Disney Cruise Line to let them know you’re sailing on back-to-back cruises, as the system doesn’t automatically link your reservations.
If you’d like to stay in the same stateroom for both sailings, then booking early is key! This gives you a better chance of securing the same room for both cruises, which makes things much easier. Otherwise, you’ll need to pack up between sailings; but don’t worry, Disney will transfer your luggage to your new stateroom for you! If you’re working with a travel agent, they can also help link your reservations and check stateroom availability.
On debarkation morning, you’ll still enjoy breakfast before disembarking, just like all other Guests. Since the ship needs to clear customs, you’ll have to exit the terminal briefly. But here’s the good part...you’ll be among the first to reboard! After going through customs, you’ll check back in at the terminal, and before you know it, you’ll be stepping back onto the ship to start another incredible voyage. Just make sure you have your citizenship documents handy.
Speaking of dining, if you love your dining team on the first sailing, be sure to stop by
Guest Services or chat with your Head Server to request the same team for the second cruise. They’ll do their best to make it happen so you can enjoy that familiar Disney service for the whole trip.
I hope this helps, Natalie! Wishing you double the fun, double the magic, and double the pixie dust on your back-to-back sailings!
