I want to book an anniversary dinner at Remys or Palo on our 4-nite cruise out of FL. I'm afraid it may be the same night as the fireworks. What time should I try to get dinner reservations, in order that we all won't miss them?

Welcome back, Pam! Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary! Celebrating it by dining at either Palo or Remy will certainly make for a memorable night!

On the Disney Dream's four-night cruises, Pirate Night tends to be on the third evening, though schedules are always subject to change. If that is also your anniversary night, don't worry! Though pirate events will be going on up on deck from 9:15 p.m. on, the fireworks don't actually begin until after the Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck party, so around 10:30-10:45 p.m. What an amazing experience it is to enjoy fireworks at sea on the only cruise line allowed to do these!

Budget about two to two and a half hours for dinner at Palo and slightly longer for Remy. I'd suggest going early so you aren't rushing for the pirate events. You'll certainly want to relax and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and delicious food at one of those Adult Exclusive restaurants, Pam.

Let me know if you have further questions before you set sail on your anniversary trip!
