How to get to boma restaurant from all star sports

Hiya, Kristin, and welcome to planDisney! You've arrived at Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope the weather hasn't interfered with the magic too much. The theme parks will be operational soon, so prepare to make some memories! My family loves using complimentary Resort Transportation, so let's take a look at your options for getting around during your visit.

Since there isn't resort-to-resort transportation available, you'll have to be a bit creative to get from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort to Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Your best bet is to hop aboard a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park at All-Star Sports. When you arrive at Animal Kingdom, look for the Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge bus stop. You'll disembark at Jambo House, and Boma will be downstairs.

You can check transportation options in your My Disney Experience mobile app by tapping the location icon at the bottom of the screen and selecting "Transportation" from the dropdown menu above the map. Tap on your current location and enter where you'd like to go. I like seeing the estimated travel time because that gives me a good idea of how much time to allow. When I entered your route, the app estimated your travel would take about 55 minutes.

If you need to get to Boma quicker, I recommend using a rideshare service. This isn't complimentary but would take about half the time. I've always wanted to take a Minnie Van around Disney property; maybe I'll give that a try on my visit next month. Everyone looks good in polka dots!

Kristin, I'm hoping your dinner at Boma is a delectable adventure! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
