Welcome to planDisney, Donna, and Welcome Home!

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort has always been one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The gorgeous design, stunning views, and, most of all, the location! There is something so special about taking a short stroll to Magic Kingdom park or being moments away from another spectacular Disney Vacation Club Resort.

I confirmed with a Cast Member that there currently is no water transportation between Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Wilderness Lodge or Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. At this time, there is no official update for when these water taxis may return. My suggestion would be to take the monorail from the Contemporary Resort to Magic Kingdom park and then hop on a water taxi to Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness. I completely understand wanting to make your way over for dining; Whispering Canyon Cafe serves my favorite breakfast, and the Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue is at the top of my must-do list!
