Hi Geralyn,
You're going to love staying at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. My family finds it to be really relaxing and peaceful with the perfect touch of Disney magic.
Disney's
complimentary resort transportation makes getting around really simple. From that Resort hotel, you are able to take an enjoyable boat ride to get to Disney Springs, but will need to take a bus to get to any of the theme parks or water parks. To get to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, you'll simply travel to a theme park or water park and then switch buses to complete your travel there. If you've taken a bus to Magic Kingdom Park, a boat will take you to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground rather than a bus. There is also an internal bus at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground that you may need to use to get to your final destination. If you have an advanced dining reservation or a set time you need to be there, I'd allow yourself around 90 minutes to travel. One other option is to use the new and adorable
Minnie Van Service. For a small fee, it will conveniently pick you up at your resort and take you directly there.
Whether visiting the horses at the
Tri-Circle-D Ranch or enjoying a fun visit to Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue or Mickey's Backyard BBQ, it's always fun spending time at that Resort.
Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Geralyn, and have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
