Does The Boardwalk Hotel have connecting rooms? Is there any way to be sure your family will be assigned connecting rooms?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Helen! Thank you so much for bringing us your question about adjoining rooms! How great to hear you'll be staying at Disney's Boardwalk Inn. Its proximity to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios AND having other state-of-the-art hotels within walking distance make this hotel one of the best options for great dining and entertainment.

As you probably know a request for a room, either in a section/floor in particular or for a connecting room is never 100% guaranteed because it all depends on room availability at the time you check-in.

This is what you can do, be sure to add a note to your reservation on your My Disney Experience account or by calling (407) 939-1936. Once you find out your room assignment during the check-in process, you may stop by the lobby to ask if they can still accommodate your request, if it turns out it wasn't honored. I am sure the Cast Members at your hotel Front Desk will do everything in their power to try and accommodate your request.

Helen, I hope this information is helpful. Please come back with more questions; we are happy to help!

    Wishing you a memorable vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
