Ahoy, Becca!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope I can steer you in the right direction with your questions about the
Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Encounter. First, there are several dining options if you miss your first seating dinner. Cabanas, the casual table service dining option, offers open seating each evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. If you feel like relaxing in your stateroom, room service is available 24 hours a day. The quick service venues on the pool deck (think burgers, chicken fingers, pizza) offers a very fast and easy alternative. I recommend checking your cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator on the day you're in Nassau for hours of operation so you can plan ahead.
There are several Port Adventure options that go to Blue Lagoon so my advice is to check with the
Port Adventure Desk once you are aboard to see if there is space to ride over to the island in the morning. If you want to be there all day, the best option is to book the morning dolphin encounter because there is a better chance of being able to stay longer, but you will need to check with the Port Adventure Team once onboard.
Blue Lagoon is an awesome choice for Nassau, Becca! The area is beautiful, and you'll love interacting with the dolphins while you are there. Good luck with your plans!
