Hi there, I am a bit confused! We are booked into the GF outer building concierge which I WAS looking really forward to. Now I am reading mixed reviews that the main building concierge has much more to offer. Can you let me know exactly what we get? Thanks!

    Hi Wendy!

A concierge stay at the Grand Floridian sounds like paradise!! I personally don't think you can go wrong with either choice of concierge's at this resort!

The Sugar Loaf concierge is located in the outer building, while the Royal Palm club is located in the main building. The main building's concierge rooms are mostly made up of suites, although there are some regular rooms available.

The lounge hours between the two buildings are the same, and run from 7am to 10pm daily. Food offerings are usually the same at the lounges as well.

The main difference (in my opinion) is the atmosphere of the two lounges. With the Royal Palm club located in the main building you'll be overlooking the main lobby and may feel more like you are part of the happenings there. BUT, with Sugar Loaf concierge you'll have a more tranquil setting and, many people say that you'll feel closer to the pools and other amenities of the resort.

And, of course, if budget is a concern then Sugar Loaf is a great choice since you'll get all of the same amenities as the Royal Palm club but at a lower price!

Hope this helps! I would definitely enjoy a stay at Sugar Loaf and would feel like royalty! Enjoy your trip!
