I hope you have returned home with your heart full of magical memories after your recent visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  I am sorry to hear you have a billing issue.  For billing inquiries, contact Guest Services at guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com or call 407-828-5630.

If you recently stayed at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and would like to review a summary of your room charges, you should have received an email from disneyresorts@disneyworld.com with the subject line "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt".  For your convenience, I have also included the phone directory for the Help Center.
