Hi there, Rigo!
Thank you so much for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your purchase of what I assume are Disneyland Resort tickets. I will try my best to help you with your request.
My recommendation would be to call
Disneyland Ticket Services at the listed phone number (under "Tickets") between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. PT and inform them about your situation. A Cast Member should be able to look into your Disney account and will hopefully be able to help you out. Although the
Ticket terms and conditions state that tickets are non-refundable, if the charges to your account were indeed a mistake, they should be able to look into your purchase history and provide an explanation and hopefully a solution.
Although I cannot guarantee a refund, I know that the Cast Member will do their very best to provide a satisfactory solution for you. Last year, after my family and I informed Guest Relations that our son had become ill and was unable to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, they were so incredibly helpful and understanding!
Fun Fact: Disneyland tickets used to be purchased in
"A" through "E" Ticket books (which are now considered collector's items). The most exciting attractions were "E" Tickets, hence the phrase "E Ticket ride!"
I hope you are able to use this information, Rigo, and that you have a wonderful time on your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Enjoy the
Lunar New Year Festival while you are here!
