My BIL plans to surprise my SIL at All Stars Music the last day we're there for a girls trip (he's taking her to St Augustine from Orlando). What is the parking policy at the resort?

Welcome to planDisney, Justine! Thanks for stopping by!

It looks like your girls trip to Walt Disney World is coming up. You’ll be enjoying a DOLE Whip (or Mickey Bar or churro or Mickey pretzel or all of the above. It’s a vacation!) and getting a nice dose of Florida sunshine before you know it. How exciting!

Parking at All-Star Music Resort and other Walt Disney World Resort hotels is complimentary for hotel guests and their visitors. You’ll want to notify Cast Members at the front desk that you plan to have a visitor so security can let them through at the front gate. Security will ask for your name and room number, so be sure your brother-in-law has that information handy.

It’s worth noting that if a resort is busy and parking is limited, security may turn away day guests arriving by car or have a time limit for parking. It’s unlikely at All-Star Music Resort since it has a large parking lot, but I want to make sure you’ve got all the info.

It looks like you’ll be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden. Be sure to check out all the gardens and topiaries, the special food offerings at the outdoor kitchens, and you won’t want to miss the Garden Rocks Concert Series. You’ll find the schedule of performers here

Justine, I hope you have a great girls trip and that your sister-in-law enjoys her surprise. Come right back if you have any more questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
