I’ve been a big Muppets fan basically my whole life but have reached that point in my life where big roller coasters are a no go. Is there a way I can still experience the Rock ‘n Rollercoaster queue without riding the ride?

    Hi-ho, Carla,

I’m so happy to welcome you back to planDisney! We always love helping returning Guests, and it means so much that you continue to trust us to be part of your vacation planning.

“It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights, it’s time to meet The Muppets on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster tonight!” Carla, I completely understand your excitement! I’ve been a huge Muppets fan ever since I was a little girl. My dad and I used to watch The Muppets together all the time, so they hold such a special and nostalgic place in my heart.

I’m also someone who can’t ride roller coasters, so I totally get wanting to experience all the incredible theming without actually boarding the attraction. Honestly, sometimes the queue is an attraction all on its own! I’ve done this before with attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and TRON Lightcycle / Run, and I absolutely cannot wait to experience the new Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets queue during my visit this summer. A few of my fellow planDisney panelists had the chance to see it recently and said it was fantastic!

The good news is that you are absolutely welcome to experience the queue even if you don’t plan to ride. You’ll just enter through the regular standby queue, or you can use Lightning Lane if you choose to purchase it. Once you make your way through the queue and get to the boarding area, simply let the Cast Member know you won’t be riding, and they’ll direct you to the exit. It’s super easy and a great way to still soak in all the Muppets fun!

After your experience, be sure to head over to FOOD by Swedish Chef, where you can enjoy a fun assortment of Muppets-inspired snacks and drinks! A few deliciously silly options include the Wocka Wocka Nachos and the Pond Water Limeade, which are just as fun as they sound.

Carla, I hope this helps as you get ready to experience all the mayhem, music, and Muppets fun this new attraction queue has to offer! If any other questions pop into your head faster than Gonzo launching out of a cannon, you’re always welcome here at planDisney.

    Wocka Wocka!
