Hi Luis!
Thanks so much for bringing your question to us today. It sounds like your trip is less than two months away now that you're ready to make some magical activity reservations. Once that
advance booking window opens my family's excitement stays at an all-time high until our arrival day, so I know you must be counting down with eager anticipation.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to successfully book a reservation at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique during your visit. These royal makeovers are a top-priority experience for many guests, and as such, often book up very quickly. This experience is part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection, and like advance dining reservations, time slots are typically released at 6 a.m. EST 60 days in advance. However, guests with a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation will have access to the pool of time slots earlier as eligible guests can book advance reservations for their length of stay, up to 10 days, 60 days in advance of their arrival. It's very likely that a guest arriving earlier in the week than you had access to your preferred date if they had a lengthy resort reservation.
I know it can be frustrating to not be able to reserve all the experiences you want but don't be discouraged! Guests' plans change all the time so it's always possible you'll see an appointment become available as your trip nears. Keep checking to see whether a sprinkle of pixie dust is headed your way. Speaking of pixie dust, you can head to
Sir Mickey's in Fantasyland to request a complimentary sprinkle even if you aren't able to secure a reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I've stopped in with my daughter and with some grown-up friends to get a little sparkle added to our day.
I hope this helps Luis. If we can offer any further assistance please come back and let us know. I'd also like to mention that
panelists are available to answer in Spanish as well if you prefer!
Magic and memories,
Amy
