Ahoy there, Heather!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your question. Sounds like you have an extra fun girls' trip on the horizon, so let's chat!
When you complete your
Online Check-In, one of the steps is to indicate how you intend to
pay for onboard expenses, including items such as
Port Adventures, specialty beverage or food items,
Senses Spa & Salon treatments, and merchandise. So, you will enter your boyfriend's credit card information at that point. Once onboard, you will use your
Key to the World Card or a
DisneyBand+ to charge these expenses to your stateroom folio. As long as you plan to charge items to the credit card on file, you shouldn't need to show the credit card to check out. I recommend bringing a credit card in your name just in case you purchase souvenirs or a meal, or if you experience an emergency when you are visiting a port of call.
Heather, my favorite way to experience a Disney Cruise Line vacation is with my girlfriends! (Don't tell my family!) You are going to have an amazing time! Don't forget to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before your cruise. Once onboard, you can search the app for all the
adult-exclusive activities during your cruise. Two of my favorites are Silent Disco and "Match Your Mate," a game show-style event, and there are so many other activities onboard just for grown-ups.
I hope this information is helpful, Heather. Please let us know if you have any other questions; we are happy to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
