My BF and I are going on our first WDW trip ever in Feb. We would like to experience as much as possible (money is not too much of an issue right now), but between our busy jobs (MD and Banker) we are finding the planning overwhelming. Any tips?

    Jillian,

    Three major tips.

    1. Don't let the seemingly overwhelming array of options make it seem too daunting. It can be simple: when to come, where to stay, what tickets to buy, what park to visit, where to eat. Everything after that is secondary. And these are really quick decisions, if you let them be.
    2. Let a travel agent help. Go to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, in particular a no-fee one, like Mouse Fan Travel (mousefantravel.com). Let them do the grunt work for you, in particular the dining reservations!
    3. Keep asking the Disney Moms Panel questions so that you can fine tune the little touches!
Please feel free to send me any follow-up questions directly and I can help you plan out what park to go to on what day, what restaurant experiences might best meet your personal tastes, and what resort might be your best pick for romance, dining, scenic experiences, spa time, or whatever else is up your alley!

    Have a magical vacation!
