    What would be a better week to come down in May 2011? The first Sunday after Easter (5/1/11) or should I wait until the second Sunday after Easter (5/8/11)? Me, wife, dd7 and dd4? Celebrating 10th anniversary!

    Happy Anniversary (yes, I'm a little early but that's ok!!)!!

    Both weeks you are considering are great weeks to visit Walt Disney World. I love the weather in May, and you should also be able to experience the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot!

    My personal preference would be the second Sunday after Easter, since that puts your vacation right in the middle of the month. Schools will still be in session then, and many will be having finals and exams. That week may have slightly lower crowds, but both weeks should be between spring break/Easter and the start of the summer vacation season.
