Which is better, Palo brunch or Palo dinner?

    Welcome aboard, Carmen!

Each and every time my husband and I sail with Disney, we always make time to sneak away from the kids for a romantic adult exclusive meal at Palo. But, your question is a tough one because my answer wouldn't be that Palo brunch is better or that Palo dinner is better, but both! Well, that doesn't help you now, does it?

Honestly though, it's super hard to tell which is the better experience. I adore Palo's dinner because it's a different atmosphere, dark outside, romantic inside, and the courses of food are just amazing. The beef tenderloin tends to be my favorite, after starting with Palo's famous wild mushroom risotto, and of course, it's not a dinner at Palo without finishing it off with Palo's signature chocolate soufflé. I've tried to recreate that recipe for Palo's Chocolate Soufflé many times at home and it's turned out beautifully, but it's never quite the same as enjoying bite after bite at sea in Palo itself.

Now, brunch. Oh, Palo brunch! The view is gorgeous of course during the morning, being up on the top deck in the aft, watching the scenery go by outside the wrap around windows. You can't beat it! As for food, there are items that can be made to order (think: eggs Benedict, flat breads, waffles, grilled sirloin and more), but the buffet of delectable bite after delectable bite is not to be outdone. Cheese, olives, veggies, smoked salmon, oh my! The tables display the food so beautifully, especially the desserts: each bite in a different adorable little container, whether it be a little pot de creme or a tiny martini glass with mousse an a chocolate crisp. Ok, I'm drooling. Let's get back to your question...

I enjoy Palo's brunch just a teeny bit better than the dinner there. So, during the cruises where we must choose between the two, we've booked the brunch and have never been disappointed, Carmen. Just one word of advice, don't eat anything before going that morning. Seriously, you'll want to save room to try everything!

Have so much fun planning this delicious experience!
