What would be better for children 5 and 3 the Hoop dee doo Revue or Mickey's backyard BBQ? Thank you for your help-I have found out so much I didn't know on your site!!

    Hi Emma,

My family loves the Hoop Dee Doo Revue! It is a great show which is very entertaining. The first time I took my daughters, they were 5 and 7, and we also went with our extended family. The food is all you can eat salad, chicken, baked beans, ribs and strawberry shortcake.

I have not experienced Mickey's Backyard Barbeque but the other panelists which have really enjoyed it. It is also very highly rated by other Disney knowledgeable folks with the only downside is that it is not being offered all year round!

I would say if this is your first trip and you think you will be back, save these for the next time. It could be a special treat for that trip. My family always does one special thing each trip which is the memory just for the trip. If this is your first trip, you will have so many special memorie do you need to add another?
