Which is better, breakfast or dinner at Chef Mickey? I only find reviews about breakfast, I can't find anyone that has dinner reviews. We have reservations for dinner and celebrating our kids birthdays.

Thanks for visiting the Mom's Panel, Kristen!  Chef Mickey's is one of my family's favorite Character DIning Experiences and a great restaurant for a birthday celebration!  We have dined at Chef Mickey's for both breakfast and dinner. Although I would have to say that breakfast was my favorite of the two, I do think you will enjoy dinner there as well! The atmosphere is festive and our experience was absolutely the same at both breakfast and dinner. I have heard that some guests feel dinner is the better value for them since they are not large breakfast eaters. However, my family really enjoys having one hearty breakfast on our vacations! After all, who can resist all-you-care-to-eat Mickey Waffles!  With that being said, my children absolutely loved the all-you-care-to-eat sundae and dessert bar at dinner!  I'm sure they would say that they enjoyed both breakfast and dinner equally! I am not very adventurous when it comes to buffets which is why the traditional food offerings at breakfast makes it my personal preference. I would recommend visiting the unofficial website allears.net to view the sample menus for Chef Mickey's. If you have already booked an Advanced Dining Reservation at Chef Mickey's for dinner, then I would probably keep that for your children's birthday celebration. I always try to plan our birthday meals at dinner when we are at Disney. I find that we are more relaxed and can really take in those magical moments later in the day when we're not trying to get to a park or another activity. I hope this information helps!  Please feel free to write back with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Kristen!
    Happy Celebrating,
