Hi Beth! My DH and I are bringing the kids down for Christmas staying at POR. Looking into DVC with SS as home resort. Where can I find pictures of SS Christmas decorations? Possibly buy in before Christmas and change reservations to SS. Thanks!

    Hi Mindy,

Hooray for Christmas holidays at the Walt Disney World Resorts! It is so magical at this time of the year.

Saratoga Springs is a great home resort because the usage points are lower than other locations. I also like how the laundry room is near a quiet pool and a barbeque. This is great to get my wash done without missing out on any fun! This is a large property which makes travel time on the Disney transportation system inside the resort longer than other resorts. In addition, it is located in the Downtown Disney area which makes trips to and from the resort for a nap or afternoon break longer than other properties. However, you can purchase here and then stay at any of the other Disney Vacation Club properties.

I would google search Saratoga Springs at Christmas. I am sure guests have posted pictures of Saratoga at Christmas. Also Allearsnet.com might have pictures as they travel all over Walt Disney World.

I would encourage you to look into purchasing an interest at the Disney Vacation Club soon if you are looking to stay there at Christmas. These reservations fill up quickly and I would not want you shut out. Here is a great link to explore or call 1-877-382-7826 to ask any questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
    Beth
