What is the best/quickest way to get from Fort wilderness to Chef Mickey's for a 8:35am ADR?can we take the boat right over from FW or do we need to go to the MK via boat then take the monorail over from there? how long should we leave to get there? thanks

You should be able to take a boat directly from the dock at Fort Wilderness to the Contemporary. If you're at the dock and the Magic Kingdom boat arrives first, you might want to ask the captain what the schedule is for the boats headed directly to the Contemporary. He should be able to tell you how long the wait is likely to be. If it seems long, then you could get on the MK boat and then, as you suggested, take the monorail. I would plan to be at the Fort Wilderness dock about 45 minutes in advance of your reservation time.

    Have fun with Mickey!
