Hi, What is the best way to get from the Wilderness Lodge to the Hoop De Doo Review and the Chip and Dale campfire? How much time should be allowed for travel for each event? Thanks!

    Hi Kellen,

Getting from the Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness is super easy. There is a boat that runs directly between these two locations. The boat ride takes less than 10 minutes, but I would be on the WL dock at least half an hour before you're due at the Hoop Dee Doo in case you have to wait a bit for a boat to arrive. Once the boat drops you at Fort Wilderness, Pioneer Hall, site of the HDDR, is only about a three minute walk away.

The Chip and Dale campfire is a bit further into Fort Wilderness. You can either walk about 10 minutes from Pioneer Hall or take an internal FW bus. There will be plenty of cast members at the HDDR who can tell you how to do this.

    Enjoy the show!
