What is the best website or source to go to plan your days (what to do) at each park? (Which rides to ride, etc.)

    Hi Breck,

There are three websites and two books that I use for Disney trip planning. The books are the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World by Bob Sehlinger and Len Testa and The Complete Walt Disney World by Mike and Julie Neal. The Unofficial Guide covers EVERYTHING Disney World, with reviews and suggestions for each step of the way. The Complete Guide includes lots of photos and attraction history which can add a big layer of enjoyment to your trips to the parks.

    As for websites:

    - AllEars.net is the most comprehensive site right now. It's a huge operation with information on all aspects of Walt Disney World.
    - TouringPlans.com. This is the one you want to figure out which day to go to each park and what order to visit the rides in. They have teams of statisticians that visit the parks and measure wait times and crowd levels to create the best ride plan with the least wait times. There is a small fee (about $10) to access some of their information. It's well worth it, in my opinion.
    - DisneyFoodBlog.com. Has reviews of every restaurant at WDW with tons of photos of the food and dining suggestions.

Other good sites are Passporter.com for the guest discussions, mousesavers.com for listings of discounts, and insidethemagic.net for video coverage of the parks. I also consult YouTube to see videos of the rides to see if they're appropriate for certain guests. The official site disneyworld.com is a wealth of information as well.

And of course, we're happy to answer any planning question you have here at the Moms Panel.

    Happy planning!
