When is the best time/month to go on a Bahamas cruise? I don't want to go when it's raining or if there is bad weather.

    Welcome back, Natosha!

Honestly, in my experience, there isn't a bad time to set sail to the Bahamas and Caribbean with Disney Cruise Line. My family has sailed at all different times of the year and we've enjoyed a relaxing, fun vacation with great weather each time. In the Bahamas, it does rain now and then, but it's usually a quick, passing shower that won't ruin many plans during the day. The water and weather always tend to be warm, with even highs in the low 80's in the winter time! Not bad!

The fall tends to be hurricane season. That being said, we've sailed many times in the fall and have found great waters and great weather. The captains of Disney's ships study the weather and hurricane patterns and can navigate around and out of the way of bad seas, so don't let that deter you from sailing in the early fall.

I simply suggest you find the itinerary that looks best to you and the sailing that best fits your family's budget and go for that one. There is no way to predict the weather this far out for each week that cruises are available, but of course you can check the forecast the week before you sail to better assist with your packing. You'll have an amazing cruise no matter when you sail, Natosha!

    Happy planning!
