what is the best time to return to hotel in morning without a long bus wait time

    Hello there, Janice!

A warm welcome back to planDisney. We're delighted you've dropped by with another wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It looks like you're counting down the hours before your next Disney Parks adventure. How exciting! As you gear up for another enchanting escape, I'd be happy to help you prepare to utilize Walt Disney World Resort transportation.

The Most Magical Place on Earth offers a multitude of complimentary transportation options to help Guests zip around between the theme parks, Disney Springs, and Disney Resort hotels with ease. From the Resort Monorail to watercraft transportation to bus service, the opportunities to traverse the Walt Disney World Resort - whether by sky, sea, or street - are seemingly endless! Janice, of course, no two Disney days are the same, but in my experience, many Guests tend to stick around in the theme parks until around lunchtime. Therefore, in my opinion, I wouldn't anticipate a long wait time for a bus heading back to your Disney Resort hotel anytime before 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. Remember, Disney Minnie Van service is also available to quickly whisk you away if you prefer little to no wait at all!

I recommend setting a strategy for your morning in the theme park, Janice. My family is "rope-droppers," so we like to head to the theme parks ahead of the early theme park entry window to beat the crowds (and the heat!) and kick off the day in a magical way. We'll catch as many popular attractions in the early daytime as possible before heading back to our Resort hotel for lunch, pool, and/or naptime. If we're planning on enjoying extended evening theme park hours, we'll take a nice, long midday break and head back into the theme parks around dinner time to fuel up for our late night of thrills!

Janice, I hope you've found these recommendations helpful and I wish you a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions before or during your trip, you're always welcome to revisit us here at planDisney. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
